When I started playing Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew I had no idea that the developer, Mimimi, would announce its plans to close down just weeks after launching the game. The silver lining in this bad news cloud is that their final game is excellent, taking all of Mimimi's prior experience at real-time tactical games and mixing it with supernatural pirates. I had so much fun sneaking around that I wound up getting the Platinum Trophy on PS5, my own small tribute to an awesome developer who will be sorely missed.
